Professor
Gluck holds two masters degrees from
Columbia University, a masters degree from
New York University and a doctorate from Columbia University. He
worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for over 15 years and
obtained the certification in rehabilitation counseling. He has taught
economics, business ethics, medical ethics and other courses at a number
of colleges and universities, including
SUNY,
Hofstra and St.
Johns. He is the author of numerous articles and books in a number
of fields, including counseling and forensic economics. He has also
worked as a consultant and expert for the
U.S. Department of Labor
and the
Social Security Administration.
Andrew Gluck prides himself on his ability to provide impartial,
objective and credible consultation, analysis and testimony. For that
reason he continues to be used by both plaintiff and defense attorneys.
His methodology employs both ideographic data obtained from
interpersonal client contact and nomothetic use of U.S. Government data.
His degrees in Economics, Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and the
Philosophy of the Social Sciences render him particularly well suited to
critique superficial or flawed economic and vocational reports.
Professor Gluck works out of offices in Ulster County and Columbia
County in NY and Philadelphia, PA. He is usually in New York City one or
